In response to the need in the Tri-Cities for a relaxed, convenient space for meetings, and other work related get-togethers, we would like to introduce our Antebellum Barn which features a significant natural stone fireplace, heating and air conditioning, an attached, open air pavilion, a lake stocked with blue gill, bass and catfish, lighting that can be set to the perfect ambiance, plenty of large windows of pastoral views as well as tables and chairs for up to two hundred and fifty guests, and it is all included. We have the capacity to host up to four hundred guests.

Perhaps you need a meeting, retreat or team building, banquet, sales meeting or training site. We offer high speed internet, free WiFi, green space, handicap accessibility, restrooms and break out session availability in a barn built prior to the Civil War with soaring ceilings and exposed beams.

We provide the location for your team to hone their communication and organizational skills. Test your teams’ creativity and problem solving skills here. Our picturesque lake offers the opportunity to grow team building skills or just relax in a rocking chair lakeside. We are a facility that can provide year round options for your corporate event. Our catering kitchen can supply for your sustenance requirements.
