The dock
The perfect spot for a wedding with 175 guests or less. It offers unique intimacy where the bride and groom may watch their vow exchange in real time reflected in a 2-acre pond with fish leaping nearby. There are electric receptacles on the dock for sound amplification.

WE BUILT A RAIN PLAN FOR YOUR OUTDOOR WEDDING
In East Tennessee, we say that if you don't like the weather, wait a minute. The Pavilion ceremony site sits by the lake. The glass enclosed, heated and air-conditioned space for up to 300 people, erases all of your concerns about the weather. If the weather is beautiful, as East Tennessee weather often is, open the huge glass doors and stand by the lake on the turf with your wedding party.

The Grassy knoll
When the Eldridge's oldest daughter got married, she chose the Grassy Knoll as her ceremony site. It is a flat knoll above the lake that offers your mobility impaired loved ones assurance that they can attend your ceremony. There is a gravel drive to the site where guests can be dropped off or remain in their vehicle and your dream outdoor ceremony can still occur with those you love most as witnesses.
